Statutory Rule: Full-time regular attendance is compulsory. Students enrolled in private/distance correspondence degrees are generally ineligible unless explicitly stated in guidelines.

Financial Benefits & Allowances

₹5,400/month (General) to ₹7,800/month (Technical/Medical) for 10 months/year
₹54,000 per annum for general degree courses and ₹78,000 per annum for technical, medical and professional courses.
Disbursement Mode: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded active savings bank account via PFMS.
