Scheme Overview & Objective

Landmark welfare program of Madhya Pradesh Government bearing complete educational fees of meritorious students admitted to engineering, medical, law, and degree colleges.

Who Can Apply? (Detailed Eligibility Matrix)

Minimum Qualification	Class 12 passed with >= 70% (MP Board) or >= 85% (CBSE/ICSE)
Academic Disciplines / Streams	Engineering, Medical, Law, Management, Poly, Degree Courses
Eligible Degree Courses	B.Tech (JEE rank <= 1.5 Lakh), MBBS (NEET rank in govt/pvt), CLAT (NLUs), B.Sc, B.Com, BA
Family Income Limit	Gross annual family income must not exceed ₹600000 from all sources.
Minimum Academic Score	Minimum 70.0% marks or equivalent CGPA in qualifying exam.

Statutory Rule: Full-time regular attendance is compulsory. Students enrolled in private/distance correspondence degrees are generally ineligible unless explicitly stated in guidelines.

Full Tuition Fee Reimbursed (Up to 100% of Academic Fees)

Complete tuition fee and institutional fee reimbursement paid directly to institution by MP Government.

Tuition Fee Support:
100% tuition fee reimbursement in both Government and recognized Private institutions.

Disbursement Mode: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded active savings bank account via PFMS.
