Scheme Overview & Objective

Massive state tuition fee reimbursement and mess charge subsidy program for higher education in Telangana.

Who Can Apply? (Detailed Eligibility Matrix)

Minimum Qualification	Admitted through convenor quota (EAMCET, ICET, ECET, DOST) with 75% attendance

Family Income Limit	Gross annual family income must not exceed ₹200000 from all sources.

Statutory Rule: Full-time regular attendance is compulsory. Students enrolled in private/distance correspondence degrees are generally ineligible unless explicitly stated in guidelines.

Full Tuition Fee (RTF) + ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 Maintenance Fee (MTF)

Comprehensive financial grant directly deposited into the student’s bank account.

Disbursement Mode: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded active savings bank account via PFMS.
