Aimed at encouraging and supporting specially-abled children to pursue technical education with dignity and necessary assistive tools.

Statutory Rule: Full-time regular attendance is compulsory. Students enrolled in private/distance correspondence degrees are generally ineligible unless explicitly stated in guidelines.
Financial Benefits & Allowances
₹50,000 per annum
₹50,000 per year towards tuition fees, specialized assistive devices, software, books and study equipment.
Disbursement Mode: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-seeded active savings bank account via PFMS.
